Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Tatau Dance is renowned for their high-energy and fast-paced movements which have their audience captivated.

Tatau Dance began it's journey as an energetic and exciting Samoan dance group in November 2008. It's Founder and Director Victor Vitaliano has always been fascinated and passionate about Samoan culture, especially the creative element of dancing. Realising his full potential as a choreographer and performer, Victor set his sights on forming an all-male Samoan dance group of his own with the vision that each dancer would display traditional Samoan tattoo; the soga'imiti (also known as pe'a), which he believes epitomises Samoan culture.
