After the customer makes the request, I will send a quote outlining the cost of the design job. If the quote is accepted Design work will begin. When initial designs are completed, 30% down payment is required before samples and mock ups can be viewed. After down payment is received sample work is released. On completion of job full payment is required before finished artwork is received. Customers will have an opportunity to have a direct input in the design process.
