1. Bond & Payments
A $250 bond is required before hire.
Your bond will be refunded when the car is returned clean, undamaged, and on time.
Any repairs, missing parts, or extra cleaning will be taken from the bond.
2. Hire Period
Hire starts and ends at the agreed times.
Late returns may reduce your bond or incur extra charges.
3. Safety & Supervision
This Ride-on cars is for only one rider at a time aged 2 - 6 only. Not more than 30kg.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
Cars must be used:
On flat, safe surfaces (no roads, steep slopes, water, or rough terrain).
For personal use only (not for commercial events without permission).
4. Responsibility
You are responsible for the car and its accessories during the hire period.
You agree to return everything in the same condition it was given.
You take full responsibility for the safety of children and others while the car is in use.
5. Damage, Loss & Cleaning
Any damage, missing items, or excessive dirt will be charged to you.
Costs will be taken from the bond, and if higher than the bond, you will be responsible for the difference.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance = full refund.
Late cancellations may lose part or all of the hire fee.
7. Agreement
By hiring a ride-on car, you accept these terms and conditions.
