These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between myself ("we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity ("you" or "your") renting our snowboarding package equipment. By renting our snowboarding package, you agree to adhere to these Terms.

1. Rental Agreement:
1.1. You agree to rent the snowboarding package equipment as described in your booking.
1.2. The rental period begins on the date specified in your booking and ends on the return date specified.

2. Care and Responsibility:
2.1. You are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented equipment.
2.2. Any damage or loss to the equipment during the rental period is your responsibility.

3. Damage or Loss:
3.1. You agree to return all rented equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
3.2. In case of damage beyond normal wear and tear, you will be responsible for the repair costs, up to the replacement value of the damaged equipment.

4. Theft or Loss:
4.1. You are responsible for the rented equipment's security during the rental period.
4.2. In case of theft or loss of equipment, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment.

5. Inspection:
5.1. The rented equipment will be inspected upon return.
5.2. Any damage or missing items will be assessed, and charges will be applied accordingly.

6. Late Returns:
6.1. Late returns may incur additional charges, calculated on a daily basis.
6.2. Failure to return the equipment within 3 days of the agreed return date will be considered theft, and appropriate legal action may be taken.

7. Charges:
7.1. Charges for damage, loss, or late returns will be billed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
7.2. You authorize us to charge the credit card for any applicable fees.

8. Indemnification:
8.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the rented equipment.

9. Termination:
9.1. We reserve the right to terminate this rental agreement and reclaim the equipment if you fail to comply with these Terms.
