A little bit of who we are.... we are a hire business who specialize in portable spit roasters. Hire includes drop off, pick up, full gas bottle and of course the spit roaster.
We offer two ways of cooking. You can either elect to put a whole carcass on the spit, or we have a basket option, great for putting rolled roasts, leg roasts, and also room for the spuds and other vegetables.
This is as awesome way to entertain a group of people in a different way than the standard kiwi BBQ.
