Tots on tour equipment is maintained to a high standard, please return it in the same condition it was delivered, a cleaning charge may apply. Tots on Tour cannot gurantee all branded equipment, the brands listed are a guideline of the equipment we offer. Tots on tour cannot guarantee a drop/collection time, however we will try our upmost to have the equipment to you as soon as possible. If you require your equipment at a certain time, you can arrange to collect it from Frankton or by prior appointment. Equipment will always be left in a secure,dry location, if access to the property is unavailable. It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide any access/security codes to the property. All drops and collections will incur $10 flat fee. Our cancellation policy is: prior to a week of the booking date a full refund will given, within 7 days a 50% refund will be given and within 24 hrs to the booking a 100% charge applies. Any cancellations of equipment during the stay will be charged for. Please advise if deliveries can be made the night prior. Any items broken or lost will be charged for. No deliveries or pick ups on Christmas day. No deliveries after 5pm - unless prior by arrangement.
