Prices are for one day only although subject to bookings, hire for longer may be available.
A non refundable booking fee equal to 25% of the booking total will be required on confirmation of your date.
Full payment must be paid 7 working days prior to dispatch or pick up.
Payment can be made by direct transfer or cheque.
Any cancellations must be confirmed by email or in writing, Should the hire be cancelled more than 30 days from the hire date, we will be happy to return 50% of the deposit. Should the hire be cancelled in less than 30 days from the hire date, we unfortunately will be unable to return the deposit.
The bond will be returned within 7 working days of your event less the cost of any breakages or damage.
A free collection and delivery service is available within Wellington City Centre although additional charges may apply for locations that are not easily accessible. A collection and delivery service for other areas is also available with price on application.
All goods are carefully checked when packed, it is the hirers responsibility to check goods immediately upon receipt and notify the lender immediately.
All goods supplied to a third party are done so at the hirers risk.
All goods must be placed in an accessible position with their packaging ready for the lender to pack and remove. Loss of packaging will also incur an additional cost.
Items not available on the due date for collection will be charged at twice the daily rate for each additional day.
Return visits for collection of missing stock will incur additional fees.
The lender does not accept any responsibility for any loss or injury caused through use or breakage of any hired item.
Items will be in our opinion in sound condition. This means there will be no chips or cracks and will be polished prior to delivery. A polishing cloth is also included in the packaging for a last minute removal of finger prints if required.
